What I missed really was the mates and the commarardery you had when you were on shifts and often had a few drinks on days after work maybe to celebrate a colleagues birthday. I will never miss those night shifts though I could never get used to them.
Would I go back? The answer is no. In my opinion you could start all this again and then be kicked in the teeth all over again.
I now work in the fishing tackle trade travelling up and down the UK on tradeshowes and other shows. It’s not bad working in something you spend hours on as your hobby!!!!
It shows that there is a life after Rover if you work at it.
