Retooled is an independent project produced by Antonio Gould and Lizzie Ostrom on behalf of Maverick. This pilot is supported by Arts Council England and Birmingham City Council as part of Say Hello, a programme of projects that break new ground for participatory work around digital media.

It’s hard to offer any advice with the way the economy is going and all the negativity at the moment but that one thing you don’t do is give up. Keep scouring newspapers, job fairs and keep ringing firms so they will know about you. Also update your CV and do many copies. The internet is also a good base at looking for work, there are agencies that advertise work.
